Why do we need to take a deposit?

Some of our services last several hours. We realise that last minute cancellations do happen for good reason, but if a long service is cancelled at the last minute, it is too late for the stylist to book other clients and their time (and money) is lost.

Which services does it apply to?

All high cost services taking more than an hour. You can see on the service description whether a deposit will need to be paid.

What is the policy?

A deposit of £30 will be payable at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is not refundable. If a cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice before the date of the booking, we will refund the deposit.
